My Christmas
Christmas this year is fabulous. It started off with a bang, with almost 20 of us from CSS attending midnight mass at IHM together. Then after a very nice mass with beautiful music and a wonderful homily from Fr Brian, we went to my place.... where some greattt fun began!
Pictures say a thousand words, so.... here.

Happy people at 5 something am.
Everyone left at about 6.15am... and I can't believe I was still quite awake at that time! I mean ya I know I usually sleep at about 4-5am, but 6 plus was really kinda weird! When everyone left, my maid just woke up. Now I wonder how she managed to get any sleep with all that noise we were making. *guilty* So cleared the stuff, showered, and drifted off to sleep on Christmas morning at 7.30am. Haha.
Got woken up at noon to go to Granny's place.. which was great too! PLENTY of fabulous food like Kueh Paiti (I fried those little cases! A bit deformed, but still yummy nonthless!), Rojak, Hokkien Mee, Chilli Crab, Sotong, Crayfish, Curry chicken.. and about 10 million other dishes! My granny is THE BEST cook in the world. My mum comes in a reallllly close second. =) (Ya, I'm a disappointment. The good-cook gene doesn't run in the family) Played with the babies too, and gosh, they grow so fast!
Mum and I with baby Shauna (Her hair is damn cute!)
And after, headed to my cousin's place for dinner and drinks at Grapevine. (She lives really near me). I love these gatherings of cousins... cos we're so close and been playing together since we were tiny toddlers. Does help that we're so close in age, and all girls! hehe. I hope we don't ever grow apart.

Well.. those were the great parts of Christmas. The bad news is that exam results were a screw up, and I'm disappointed in myself. The worst part is that when I told my Dad, he said "Don't worry, that module's not your strength." I love my Dad, and what he said just makes me even more guilty. Am I just stupid? I really did study hard for that module. Sigh don't ask me about it. If I wanna talk about it, I'll say something.
Meanwhile, have a Merry Christmas.
It's Christmas, and I have more than enough blessings in my life to neutralise the effects of crappy exam results. And I do thank God for that.
