Here I am, still brimming with excitement over having watched Beauty & The Beast which was absolutely wonderful, and of course, meeting Jon Johnson!!! I looked at the picture closely and I realised there's an ice cream truck behind us. Haha. How apt that I got a pic that showcases two of my favourite things in the world - hot guy, and ice cream!!! OOOoooooOOOoooohhhhhHHhhhhhHHHhhhh....
For the guys that can't understand my excitement, I quote a very wise source that shall remain annonymous. - "It's like you taking a picture with Liz Hurley." 'Nuff said.
And here's my addition to that. - "And being close enough to smell her." (Or HIM, in my case.) YES, I WAS CLOSE ENOUGH TO SMELL HIM. The manly smelling type. And only my closest friends will know that I have a thing for good, manly smells! i.e Hugo Boss. or Tommy. Mmmmhhhmm.
Anyway, off to less frivolous points of discussion. BEAUTY AND THE BEAST WAS FANTASTIC! It was a wonderful, wonderful show, with fireworks and a really enormous, beautiful, enchanting set. The guy who played Gaston was the real epitome of the Disney Gaston - he looked and sounded exactly like him! Hehehe. And they had new songs besides the ones in the Disney cartoon... plus the cheoreography was amazing. AH! I loooooveeeddd itttt.....
Off to Philidelphia tomorrow for the weekend, where I will be watching Evita. Should be great! And it's the Jazz Festival tonight, which will probably be pretty cool. I like jazz! And more musicals next week.. Sweet Charity and The Lion King! OoooOOooo!
I'm really enjoying my time here, walking around the streets of New York, taking in the sights, smelling the hot dogs sold on the roadside, buying ice-cream from the ice-cream truck, visiting shop after shop after shop (full of gorgeous clothes), buying ridiculous amounts of chocolate and inhaling them, losing myself in the museums, having my nights filled with concerts and musicals, walking along the brightly lit streets at night enjoying the light breeze and the people, and altogether having a total blast.
Gosh, I'm such a city girl.
PS> Charkwa, I tried the raspberry and white choco Godiva drink! It was yummmmy! 2 down, 1 to go!!! hehehe.
